What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact.

 

How do I return a product for a refund or exchange?

Please email us at support@babyassured.com for submitting a return request. Our support team will respond to you with the ‘RBAIN’ reference number and instructions on how and where to ship your return to. Please do not ship the product to the address on the packing slip. Doing so will delay your refund or exchange.

 

How long is my return authorization valid?

Once the ‘RBAIN’ is generated for you it is valid only for 30 days. If the return is not received within 30 days, the return/exchange will not be honoured.

 

Does Baby Assured cover the cost of returning the shipment?

We do not have free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the product back at your own expense.

 

I received a damaged product.

Please email us at support@babyassured.com & attach pictures of the defect so that we can process an exchange at no cost to you.

 

I purchased a Tummy Halo on different website. Can I return to you?

If the product was purchased by a third-party retailer, please direct your exchange inquiry to them. The retailer will have your financial/transaction information.

 

How can I check on the status of my return?

Our Returns Center can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive the product(s) to process the return/exchange and issue a refund. If it has been more than 14 days, please email us on support@babyassured.com with the tracking number.

 

How long does it take for the refund to reflect in my account?

The refund reflects in your account in 3 to 5 business days once it is processed.
